These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are between you and Palmetto Nutraceuticals LLC and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the PalNutra.com website is also governed by our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the PalNutra.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you sign up for an Pal Nutra subscription, you accept these Terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements.

Subscription Overview

Pal Nutra offers a subscription service that provides customers with automatic, recurring deliveries of their selected products. This service is designed for convenience, ensuring you never run out of the supplements you need.

Subscription Managment

You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Changes must be made at least 30 days before the next billing date to take effect for that cycle. Discounts, promotions, or offers may not always apply to subscription orders.

Refunds apply only to the most recent charge and do not cover previous shipments.

If your shipping address changes, you are responsible for updating it in your account to prevent delivery issues.

Pal Nutra is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information.

Other Limitations

• We reserve the right to accept or refuse your subscription at our discretion.
• You may not transfer or assign any Pal Nutra subscription.
• Pal Nutra subscribers are not permitted to subscribe for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using their Pal Nutra subscription.
• Only certain products are eligible for Pal Nutra subscriptions and are noted on the PalNutra.com product webpage.
• We reserve the right to not ship you a Pal Nutra subscription (some or all products) for one or more subscription periods as necessary, which may affect shipping rates including free shipping eligibility. We won’t charge you the subscription fee for skipped subscription period(s).

Fee and Renewal

By signing up for a subscription, you authorize Pal Nutra to charge your selected payment method at the frequency you choose (e.g., monthly, quarterly)

The subscription fee is stated on the PalNutra.com product webpage. Applicable taxes, and normal shipping rates and rules apply to all subscriptions.

If all eligible payment methods we have on record for you are declined for payment of your subscription fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your subscription will be canceled.

If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new subscription period will vary depending on your chosen subscription. Visit My account to see renewal dates for your subscription.

UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR PAL NUTRA SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE, AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES, INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND SHIPPING FEES, USING ANY SAVED PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.

Agreement Changes

Pal Nutra reserves the right to update product prices, subscription terms, or service fees in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Customers with an active Pal Nutra subscription will be notified via email at their Pal Nutra account email address of any changes to these Terms.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your Pal Nutra subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged a subscription fee but prior to our shipment of the subscription order, your subscription will be canceled and we will give you a refund of the applicable subscription fee. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of any Pal Nutra subscription, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
